Appointment Policy
Existing Clients: For existing clients, if you fail to show for a scheduled appointment, moving forward we will be taking a deposit for future appointments that is equal to the price of that appointment. For example, clients that schedule a wellness exam, will need to leave a deposit of $56.75 to schedule the next appointment. Failure to show your appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
For all appointments, we require a minimum of 24 hour verbal notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, regardless of booking date. If you fail to meet the cancellation policy, you are subject to the above.
